We meet weekly through your first month. Expect about four hours getting comfortable in the platform, with step-by-step guides and videos in Plantiful University whenever you need them.

Step 03

Go live

Around four weeks in, you're running sales orders, inventory, and live availability in Plantiful. Check-ins move to every other week, and support never stops.

What going live actually looks like.

A typical four-week path to go-live. We meet weekly through the first month, then switch to every other week once you're running.

  1. Week 1

    Kickoff & data upload

    You send us your availability, pricing, sizes, locations, and current inventory. We load it into Plantiful and configure it to match how you work — so you start in a system that already knows your plants.

  2. Week 2

    Core training

    A weekly call walks your team through the core workflows — availability, production, sales orders, picking, and invoicing. Follow along with the help guides and videos in Plantiful University whenever you like.

  3. Week 3

    Hands-on

    Your team works in Plantiful day to day, with us a text, call, or email away for every question. Start layering in more advanced workflows — like syncing with QuickBooks — to save time and run even leaner.

  4. Week 4

    Go live

    All sales orders and inventory changes happen directly in Plantiful. Calls shift to every other week, and unlimited support continues for as long as you need it.

Prefer to go slower? Some nurseries soft-launch over a few months, running both systems side by side until they're ready. Onboarding moves as fast — or as carefully — as you do.
